Sing, Sign, and Play Classes

NEW this summer!

Thursdays from 11:00-11:30 am July 7, 14, 21, 28 and August 4, 11

With certified baby signing time instructor, Linda Schmackpfeffer.

This six week session is recommended for babies under 24 months old and their caregiver. Each class is 30 minutes long and has a weekly theme. We will use music, books, and playful activities to help hearing babies and adults learn simple ASL signs while having fun. Handouts will be provided with the signs for that weeks theme.

Registration is recommended and will begin June 1st.

Celebrate Poetry

April is National Poetry Month

Children's poetry is a wonderful way to introduce the genre and it is both friendly and fun. Children enjoy the rhyming, cadence, and word pictures that poetry inspires. Stop by the library and share some poetry today!

"If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" Evening Storytime Event

Join SUNY Geneseo students from the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) organization as we read "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" and other beloved stories. Enjoy treats and crafts to accompany storytime! Friends in pre-k and up are welcome.
